  • Adding a HDD

On Rollback Pro, how do I add another HDD to be included in the scans? When I first installed, I was unable to add both my C & D drives because after the required restart, Rollback would say that there wasn't enough space to install and it would fail (the drive was a 1tb with 300gb free...). So just installed the backups to my C drive only. Can anyone help me add a 2nd HDD to the list of backup locations?

And thank you for being willing to help!

    Hi there,

You'll need to reinstall the software with the drive connected if you want to add the hard drive as another drive to protect.

Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you for the quick reply & explanation!

After restarting the computer to finish installing Rollback, I get an error message before Windows boots up that says "Insufficient memory to install RollBack RX Professional." Is there any common reason that the installation would fail on a 2nd HDD that has plenty of free space (300gb free out of 1000gb)?

How much free space do you have on the C drive? We'll need to make a ticket so that someone can remote in and see whats going on.
