    I have submitted a ticket 2 days ago and reply yet!?
    Ticket: #AEX-674-41325
    Can not use the software v11 because of the activation of the old v10 key...
    Someone reply to my ticket please!

    You need to buy a new license.. V10 key will not work

        It seems like the administration of this forum is not the only place where Horizon Datasys is currently understaffed...

        I guess waiting some more is the only option right now...
