    Hey! Welcome to the community!

Please try this: press down ctrl+alt+shift and press f10. This should bring up the icon.

If not, see if the ShdTray.exe is being stopped from running. You can do this by going to Start button -> Run -> type 'msconfig' and in the Startup Applications section turning on the ShdTry executable.

    Thanks!

I can see the Shield Tray in Task Manager but the problem is that it doesn't show up in tray. It also doesn't show up in the "^" icon in the taskbar. But the program DOES WORK.

My walkaround for now is uninstalling the program, making the changes, then reinstalling.

Also I tried ctrl+alt+shift and press f10, no luck :/

      Thanks for help

        I see!

Could you go to Program Files -> Shield and in this folder run ShdTray.exe. If it pops up an error let me know what it is. If it opens it, check the tray, as it should be running there.

        Cheers!
